Refund Policy
Refunds are manually reviewed because crypto transactions and personalized work both create edge cases.
Before report work begins
If payment is confirmed but report work has not started, you may request a manual refund review. Network fees and operational costs may apply.
After report work begins
Personalized report work is generally non-refundable once started, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Wrong network or wrong token
Transfers made on the wrong chain, to the wrong address, or with the wrong token may be unrecoverable. Support can review the case but recovery is not guaranteed.
